Here are some newer pictures of Jaida from this weekend and Anson's birthday party pictures. Anson turned six on Sunday, July 5th. He's getting ready for Kindergarten! This is the end of an era for Carrie and Brad--all of their children are will be in elementary school! I'm sure that they are excited! No more babies, toddlers, or preschoolers for them! Anson's birthday party was all about pirates! The kids had fun with hats, tattoos, mustaches, and eye patches. The grand finale included cake, a pinata, and pin the patch on the pirates
eye! Lots of fun!
As for me, this summer is
filled with a lot of kid time.
I am watching
Anson, Harley, Hailie, Justin, Dylan, and Taylor. We have been very busy with swimming lessons, the library, and various bike riding adventures. Anson learned to ride his bike this summer, and now he's whisking down the street trying to keep up with everyone else. We've also been doing machine-pitch bb with Dylan and Harley.
Anson and Taylor have been busy with t-ball.
Our last games are this week! Yeah!! It's been quite hectic, but good for the kids.
This summer has proven to be busy, but overall quite fun. We're all looking forward to our vacation in South Dakota next week! Carrie, Brad, and Mom have been before, but Justin, the kids, and I have never been! Should be relaxing??
